Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Business Development Consultant to become an integral part of our team!


Responsibilities:


1. Build customer relationships, contact customers following quotes/sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

2. Review open orders, monitor schedule shipment dates to ensure timely delivery, and expedite if necessary

3. Work closely with current customers, provide to technical support to customers, observe and implement practical application of products; identifying and resolving customer complaints, escalating as required; understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.

4. Anticipate customer needs based on knowledge of customer processes and operations; identify unmet customer needs

5. Identify external business opportunities across districts and business groups

6. Develop and maintain the relationship with new customers as international business needed

7. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers, including plant or facility executives

8. Proficient in most/all types of field work, including sampling and testing knowledge, and transfer that expertise to sales

9. Leverage on comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the entire marketplace of the District/Region to help develop and execute Sales Plans for multiple accounts, within or outside of customer base

10. Integrate Sales Order files and frequently report the sales plan and procedures to CFO

Minimum Qualifications:


1. Bachelor’s Degree

2. 7-10 years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience

3. Ability to travel within assigned sales territory

4. Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

5. Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role (US Only)

6. 30-50% travel required to support sales territory

7. Account leadership experience that includes calling on multilevel plant or facilities management to accomplish company goals

8. Prior experience that required excellent communication and organizational skills

9. Good negotiation and problem resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications:


1. Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)

2. 7-10 years of experience directly related to well service stimulation business

3. Experience in oil and gas industry

4. Prior experience that demonstrates strong ethics, effective time management, ability to multitask, adaptability, autonomy, and self-motivation
